An Update on FFF.....

Well, it's been about 4 or so months since we had a Foreign Food Friday and we are missing it more than I thought we would. I am anxious to have one in the first part of November before the holidays overwhelm us with their often bustling schedules.

The next country on our list is Portugal. I am gathering recipes to add to our collection and I am also considering either scrapbooking our recipes or making some sort of cookbook. Right now they are in a binder which is working well.

I will write again with an update on how we enjoyed the marvelous cuisine of Portugal.
